Employee Engagement: Do you measure up?

According to Engage for Success, 1/3 of people in the UK are engaged at work. How do we know? Do you know your organisations ‘vital statistics’? The topic of measuring employee engagement raises some very interesting and important questions…

  • SHOULD you measure employee engagement?
  • HOW do you measure employee engagement?
  • DO you measure employee engagement?

Are you looking at implementing a survey but don’t know what to ask? Have you done a survey and don’t know what to do with the results? Do you have a successful and meaningful measurement tool in place you’re happy to share with the network?

Come along to our summer network event, hosted by EngageNE network member HMRC, and we’ll help you get answers! Book your place here

EngageNE is a collaborative network led by 3P and People Gauge to bring the Engage for Success movement to North East England.

3P and People Gauge have both been Regional Ambassadors for Engage for Success for a number of years, and having encountered each other at various events realised the synergies and shared passion between the two companies around employee engagement and it’s positive impact on productivity.
Since its inception the network has grown in strength and numbers to count over 125 members from across the North East, from multi-million pound turnover organisations to independent smaller businesses and self-employed consultants.

By working in partnership the two companies have been combining their skills, experience and networks to bring together and help to educate businesses to build engaged, productive and aligned workforces and to foster cross-sector collaboration and best practice-sharing across North East England.

We organise quarterly meetings for our members, either hosted at 3P’s premises or hosted by member companies, with each event focussing around a specific topic of employee engagement.
We’ve had some fantastic speakers including Engage for Sucess’ own Cathy Brown, Sharon Hodgson MP and Andrea Johnson from Equality NorthEast, covering topics including the future of work, employee engagement through change, and trust, mental health and diversity.

We also distribute key papers and information to the network and have a dedicated EngageNE Linked In group where members can post and discuss topics of interest with each other.
