The announcement from the ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency) confirmed that since January 2020 non-levy SMEs (small and medium enterprises that do not pay the apprenticeship levy) can now access  apprenticeship service funding to develop employees.

Non-levy paying SME’s now have the same benefits as larger organisations to develop front line managers through funded front line management apprenticeships.

Using the Team Leader/ Supervisor level 3 apprenticeship funding and structure is a productive and effective way for any business to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce.
